Virtual Yoga & Meditation for Recovery – 6 Weeks
Interested in improved moods, help with cravings, stress reduction, and increasing your overall well-being and fitness? The Thriving in Recovery sessions are science-backed yoga practices that will take your recovery to the next level!
Dates/Times: Saturdays; March 6 – March 27; April 10 – April 17; 10:00am – 11:00am
Cost: Suggested donation of $10.00 per class (More is welcomed. If you cannot pay, no worries.) All proceeds benefit the ARC.
No experience is necessary.
Format: Classes are on Zoom. Each class is themed to a principle of recovery & yogic principles. 30 min. yoga practice; 15 min. journaling & sharing; 15 min. meditation.
